Nice staff. Quick and filling

This sounds weird, I know. We got a Peanut Buster Parfait but the ice cream wasn't cold. Seriously. It tasted good, but it was just odd.

I will NEVER be back. Their employees are to incompetent to take ANY order right and then when I brought it to the manager "Josh" attention he said sorry nothing I can do. What the heck I paid 17 dollars for food I couldn't even eat.

The posting clearly says they close at 11pm every night, but literally two seconds after we pull up at 10:13pm, they turn the lights off and say "we're closed". So much for late night shake cravings.

Cheerful drive thru lady. And amazing royal blizzard. That's all I can comment on.

Enjoyed my double cheeseburger, fries, soda and chocolate Sunday. Staff was very friendly.

It was like the made the Blizzards 5 minutes before we got to the window to get them like melted milkshakes.

Good. But service was a little slow but we were walk ins so I guess they take care of drive thru first.

Good ice cream but it is always so messy and disorganized behind the counter.

I left because I waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally got up to the window, they handed me out my cone of ice cream I ordered and it was melting and dripping off the end of the cone. Obviously they had made it up and it sit there all that time. When I asked if they could make me another one the girl had a bad attitude about it so I told her just to forget it and I left. I had not paid for it yet. So I won't be back to the Greeneville, TN location.

You could be waiting inside before you get to order 15-20 min..then you get to wait another 10-15 min after your order...and all you ordered was a sundae...really.

Never have a bad experience. Ice cream and food is always good.

Food is good, but I'm all about the blizzards! Some locations can't seem to get them mixed real well, but this one is right on it. My delicious Heath Blizzard was mixed thoroughly and delivered upside down, precisely as it should be. Thanks, guys, for a nice treat.

Ate in store waited 20 minutes on food. Then it was wro g only to wait another 10 minutes to correct an order of onion rings. Floors are so nasty and i realize they are gonna be dirty but there was just food on floor. I had to wipe off my own table. And the place is infested with flies. And yes i know many fast food will have them. But flies were everywhere!!!! Im shocked at service 5 people behind counter only one taking orders and complaining about other employees refusing to stock spoons so of course they were out till they finally decided someone should put this out. Food tasted ok. But i do suggest going through drive through. The inside is just a nasty caotic mess. No one knows what to do except girl ring up order but thats all she did. Food was ready and waiting but no one (even though 5 employees standing there ) delivering food. Get it together DQ or u have just lost a customer. Well atleast at the exit 23 location!!!!!!!!

They have gone downhill on their food and icecream. The last 3 times we've gotten icecream our "chocolate" heavy blizzards have had very little product in and was mainly plain vanilla icecream.

Clean very clean restaurant in bathroom and the workers are very polite and a manager was too and the food awesome

This is a good place to eat , not fancy or even updated , just clean reasonable priced food .

We went through the drive thru... Service was very good. Girl was very friendly. Got the order right.

They have the best grilled chicken sandwich ever and the chicen tender baskets are the best as well.

Took my baby girl for an early birthday treat. Staff were pleasant. Store was clean. Treats were fabulous. Put a smile on her face so it was definitely worth the stop$

Little slow to get out two drinks, but otherwise great.

The food sucked....grilled chicken sandwich and frys didn't have much taste and was not hot after asking for hot frys.I've had the same meal at another dairy queen n bulls gap and it tasted nothing alike.never going back.

Waited 30 mins for a melted blizzard!! When i asked them to fix it they was rude about it.....

Great food, good prices.

Drive thru girl threw my card in the trash. Said she gave it back to me and got angry when I assured her she didnt. Manager found it in trash. As I leave almost in tears shes yelling it wasn't her fault. She never once looked at me much less apologize for stealing and calling me a liar.

I had an horrible experince at this particular Dairy Queen! It wasn't the food it was delicious it wasnt the staff they where very nice and the store itself was perfect brand new! My problem was with the manager Fred... I belive that was his name his very rude! His attitude effected my experience so bad I giving this DQ a one star!

Got rocky road blizzard today like milkshake not blizzard asked when started putting lid on she stated I don’t know.

Hand down the best banana split I have ever had!!! It wasn't messy, was put together well, and delicious!

We just moved to the area and stopped for a quick meal about 7:30 on 9/10/19. No ice in the dispenser and food was cold but the worst part had to be the service. Such a lackadaisical attitude by the employees. The blizzard was good though so if I go back, it will only be for a blizzard.

Reminds me of when I was a kid. Good food. Good service. WiFi wasn't the greatest.

I always have the chicken strip basket, it the same every time, good an crispy. Probably one on the best chicken strips you can get at fast food. Service was excellent, young lady at window was very friendly, and we'll spoken.

Everything was great except the inside wasn't open.

Great Ice Cream products and stuff. Price is ok for how good it is.
